Meet Jenny

Jenny is an experienced Social Worker, Professional Supervisor, and Senior Counsellor. She has learned the value of high-quality supervision over decades of challenging client work. Without it, she would not still be working in front-line clinical care today!

Jenny is passionate about making supervision an accessible and transformative experience for practitioners of all disciplines enabling people to thrive in any workplace. So, in 2012, she established a private practice to provide supervision to clinicians and pastoral care professionals.

Jenny works hard to create a warm and safe place for reflective practice.

What is Supervision?

Supervision is a reflective space that facilitates good practice, clearer thinking, and enhanced performance. It has been shown to reduce burnout, increase resilience and enhance wellbeing.

It is a safe and confidential space outside of your work context to be heard and understood.

It is a time to pause, take some time out, be reflective and be able to make sense of systems, relationships and processes.

Importantly, in addition to all the benefits supervision provides for the supervisee, it is ultimately focussed on the “unseen other” – the client, the student, the colleague, the child, the congregation member – the people that the supervisee cares for professionally or pastorally.

Jenny is a member of the General Synod of the ACA, and the senior clinician serving on the National Safe Ministry Commission. Her supervision services are highly sought after. She provides pastoral and professional supervision to a diverse range of individuals, schools, churches and organisations including Sydney Diocesan services, CMS Australia, and Theological Colleges.

Qualifications: B.Social Work (UNSW), Certificate of Attainment in Supervision, Member of AASW.
